Reverse Logistics | Pipe17 Glossary
Reverse logistics
Reverse logistics is the movement of goods from the customer back toward the seller: returns, exchanges, repairs, recycling, and the receiving, grading, and disposition work required to recover value from them. In ecommerce it is dominated by customer returns.
Full guide: reverse logistics, explained covers the disposition paths and who owns each moment of a return.
